Indonesian retail company PT Panen Lestari Internusa recently opened the 18th branch of its premium lifestyle retailer SOGO department store at Supermal Karawaci in Tangerang. The new outlet also serves as SOGO’s second outlet in Tangerang.

Panen Lestari Internusa’s Handaka Santosa said the company had chosen to open a new SOGO outlet in Karawaci owing to the region’s rapid development, propelling growth in local demand for housing, education, hospitals, business centers, hotels and entertainment facilities.

Located in Supermal Karawaci, known to be the largest shopping mall in the Karawaci area, the newest SOGO outlet occupies two floors with a total area of nearly 10,000 square meters. The department store embodies a modern and fresh interior design concept, providing numerous product categories.

To open SOGO’s latest outlet, PT Panen Lestari Internusa has invested Rp 40 billion.

On its lower ground floor, SOGO Supermal Karawaci showcases cosmetics and fragrances, as well as menswear and shoes. On its ground floor, meanwhile, the department store offers ladies wear and handbags, home appliances as well as kids wear and goods.

The department store also offers various international brands across all product categories, including SKII and Clinique (cosmetics and fragrance), Elle, Giordano and Hush Puppies (ladies wear and handbags), Camel Active Apparel & Footwear and Jack Nicklaus (menswear and shoes), Kingkoil and Simmons as well as American Tourister (home appliances and luggage) as well as Hello Kitty and Oshkosh (children’s apparel).
