Guess what: Inul thankful for employees’ safety

A massive earthquake and subsequent tsunami recently hit Palu and Donggala in Central Sulawesi.

More than one thousand poeple perished in the disaster and many businesses were wiped out. One of those businesses was a karaoke joint owned by dangdut singer Inul Daratista called Inul Vizta, which was located in Palu, the capital of Central Sulawesi.

Inul estimated that she had suffered billions of rupiah in losses.

“I cannot give the exact number for the losses. I have yet to make a visit to calculate it,” Inul said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

Despite the huge material losses, Inul said she remained thankful because all of her employees were safe.

“We cannot prevent disasters. I will not cry over what happened to my karaoke joint. There is no use. What is most important for me is the safety of my employees and thank God, they are all safe,” Inul said.
