ank CIMB Niaga has updated its "CIMB Clicks" to "OCTO Clicks" internet banking to provide customers with an increasingly easy and complete digital banking experience, especially in consideration of current conditions that make digitalization the preferred choice in financial transactions.
"With OCTO Clicks, customers can now take advantage of the latest features that make financial management easier and more comfortable, especially because the new normal era requires us to make more use of digital channels in carrying out various activities," CIMB Niaga consumer banking director Lani Darmawan said.
According to Lani, one of the new features is Personal Financial Management (PFM), which can be used by customers to conduct financial check-ups at any time through My Assets, see cash flow through My Cashflow and track the development of financial goals through My Goals.
OCTO Clicks also facilitates a sharia account opening feature for customers who already have a CIMB Niaga savings account.
