Thousands of students and workers took to the streets in several regions across the country on Thursday to voice their opposition to the recently passed Job Creation Law. Clashes between protestors and police erupted in several regions, including Jakarta where protestors rallied hundreds of meters from the State Palace. Similar clashes also broke out in Yogyakarta; Denpasar, Bali; Medan, North Sumatra; and Palu, Central Sulawesi.
