eminism is a fight for equality that everyone should be aware of, so that we can stand up for ourselves and others against gender discrimination

A mentor one day told me that no one was born a feminist and, hence, feminism could only be understood through a learning process. But trying to understand the concept is even much harder with “unapproachable feminists” on social media.

Recently, when Indonesian badminton hero Jonatan “Jojo” Christie sparked debate with his shirtless Asian Games celebration, I had an uneasy experience with once such person.

Nowadays, it has become common to ask social media celebrities or activists for their opinions or recommendations on certain issues. Though what happened to me at that time made me regret my decision to pose a question.
