ota Ayodhya, the new integrated mixed-use development by Alam Sutera Group, in collaboration with Tororo.com, will hold an event called Family Day at Kota Ayodhya, on Sept. 17, 2017, starting at 1 p.m.
Kota Ayodhya occupies an area of 16.6 hectares on Jl. MH Thamrin in the Tangerang CBD. The activities will take place in The Food Arcade, Level 1 – Ayodhya Shopping Arcade (Kota Ayodhya Superblock).
Family Day at Kota Ayodhya will be held to celebrate the completion of the construction of all four apartment buildings of Ayodhya Residence.
The construction of the four apartment buildings of Ayodhya Residence was completed by the end of August and is now entering the phase of being handed over to buyers. The grand launching (first stage of sales) on Feb. 23, 2014 saw more than 1,000 apartments sold in one day. This was followed by the groundbreaking ceremony on April 16, 2014, and the topping off on May 27, 2015.
A series of events will enliven the event Family Day at Kota Ayodhya. They include a press conference as well as a product presentation for invited guests in regards to the current development status and future development plans of Alam Sutera Group projects – especially this superblock area called “Kota Ayodhya”.
There will also be live music and an on-site tour. For families bringing their children, there will be a Kids Dough Coloring Competition. The program is held in collaboration with Tororo.com, with the chance of winning prizes, including millions of rupiah in cash; a champion plaque and certificate of participation.
Alam Sutera Group’s marketing department head, Widyawati Supandi, said that through this event, “we would like to celebrate the completed construction of all four Ayodhya Residence buildings.
“It also signifies Alam Sutera Group’s commitment to fulfilling its promise of an on-time handover to customers while maintaining quality,” she said.
“We continue to provide evidence of fulfilling the need for increasing customer services and implementing the vision and mission of Alam Sutera Group in improving the quality of human life," she said.
Kota Ayodhya is for sale with a strata title (proprietary) certificate. Its strategic location makes it a gem in Tangerang City, surrounded by office centers, hospitals, malls, restaurants, institutions of education and places of worship, and its position is flanked by prestigious areas such as Alam Sutera, Modernland, Gading Serpong and Karawaci, giving Kota Ayodhya significant investment potential.
Estimated travel time to the Jakarta - Merak toll road is only 4 minutes, and to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport 30 minutes. In the future, there will be a new six-lane access roads called the Ayodhya Utama Road, which will connect the area of Kota Ayodhya with Modernland via a special bridge constructed by Alam Sutera Group.
The Ayodhya Residence apartment complex consists of four buildings, namely the Towers of Jade, Coral, Sienna and Indigo; all are ready to live in. Each floor has 36 - 37 units of various types, including Studio, Studio+, 2BR, 2BRC, 3BRC.
On top of that, there are many supporting and ready-to-use facilities, such as a swimming pool, a basketball court, a yoga studio, a garden & reflexology path, a fitness center, a multifunction room, an outdoor café, sanitary facilities by TOTO, Fiber to the home, audio-phone and 24-hour CCTV.
Kota Ayodhya’s newest product, the Ayodhya Garden House, carries the concept of "SMART and GREEN living", where more than 4,900 square meters of land are dedicated exclusively to landscape design.
There are three kinds of houses offered that differ in size, starting with the Aurora and Blossom type of 6 x 16 meters (building size of 116 square meters), via the Canary type of 7 x 16 meters (building size of 134 square meters) and the Dalmatian type of 11 x 16 meters (building size of 141 square meters) to the Dalmatian+ type of 12 x 16 meters (building size of 141 square meters).
Meanwhile, the Ayodhya Square Shophouses are also new on the market.
The first stage sale is for Block A and Block G, starting from Rp 3 billion, with various sizes: 5 x 16 meters, 5 x 18 meters, 6 x 16 meters and 6 x 18 meters.
Alam Sutera provides facilities for residents and road users in the region with the presence of shuttle buses to and from Kota Ayodhya. The shuttle bus route runs from Kota Ayodhya - Batu Ceper Station - Kota Ayodhya - Mall Alam Sutera.
The service is effective since August 1, 2017, and operates every hour from 6 a.m. every day.
