Alila, Grage collaborate for Izzara luxury apartment

zzara, located on Jl. TB Simatupang Kav. 16-17 in South Jakarta, is a strata-title apartment that is in the process of being finalized in 2018.
Its developers, Alila Group and Grage Group, recently held a press conference, a product presentation and an on-site tour to give the public the status on the progress of the eco-luxury condominium apartment's development.
Thus far, the prehandover process to consumers has already been done for the second to sixth floors, and will continue with the seventh to 10th floors this month.
With its green and contemporary concept, Izzara fulfills building standards of "open green space" and "building coverage ratio", with 20 percent for building and the rest for green areas and supporting facilities, such as a lagoon pool, fitness center, jogging track, yoga garden and a children's play garden.
