December at the Gaia Hotel Bandung promises the best way to close 2023

he Gaia Hotel Bandung, the five-star hotel noted for its exquisite landscape, is creating the holiday spirit this season with its grand decorations, various activities and entertainment.
This year, the Gaia Hotel Bandung embraces the theme "Festive of Stars,” where Christmas means the coming of light and hope to be greeted by joy and gratitude. There was no better way to start the season than with a tree-lighting ceremony on Dec. 8 and presents a giant Christmas tree as high as 9 meters in the garden area.
In one corner, the angelic voices of the Salvation Army orphanage choir blended perfectly with the Resident Choir, made up of employees of the hotel itself. Meanwhile in the other corner, Santa Claus was distributing gifts to little children who had managed to stay on the nice list this year. Moreover, delicious Christmas canapes were being passed around back and forth for all to enjoy.
Every weekend brings a different kind of fun this season, as organizers have planned various performances from the Resident Choir, as well as activities such as a flash mob and strolling Santa Claus. Other programs offered include Story Telling on Dec. 23 and 24, and a Christmas concert on Dec. 23. Of course, guests are encouraged to take part in order to liven up the memories with loved ones this season.
However, that is not all! The Gaia Hotel Bandung is also known for its luxurious food and beverage outlets and they are not to be missed amid all the fun this holiday. Semeja Asian Kitchen invites guests to celebrate with an all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner buffet on Dec. 24 and 25.
Guests will find traditional Christmas dishes such as roast turkey, prime brisket, Tasmanian salmon en-croute, along with desserts such as a Yule log, stollen, Victorian Christmas fruit cake and much more. All of this can be enjoyed at a price of Rp 295,000 per person for lunch and Rp 395,000 per person for dinner.
Another offer can be found in Monomono Bar & Social Dining, serving a Christmas Nikkei Dinner, which is specially served by chef Juan Jara with a five-course set menu concept at a price of Rp 595,000 per person.
Everyone is encouraged to spend both the Christmas and New Year holidays with the hotel as it has special offers for the latter as well. In accordance with its theme "A Bright New Year" to welcome 2024, various entertainments will be provided for guests.
On the menu for New Year’s Eve dinners include Asian culinary delights with an all-you-can-eat buffet concept at Semeja Asian Kitchen, with food ranging from China and Thailand to India and Japan, in addition to traditional Indonesian food. All the delectable menus from around the world for the low price of Rp 895,000 per person.
Similar to its Christmas celebration, Monomono Bar & Social Dining is serving a Nikkei five-course set menu at a price of Rp 1.095 million per person. Guests can enjoy a unique culinary fusion of Peruvian and Japanese accompanied by a performance from the band Madame & Toean. These packages also include a New Year's countdown party.
Make this holiday season memorable for the little kids by joining in games and activities such as King of Hammer and Big Punch machine games, face painting, as well as hat and bead bracelet crafting at the hotel.
For adults, do not forget to catch the highlight of the event at the Edelweiss ballroom; a performance from the band Soulfegio, then a special magic show and light painting from Robert Stevan, until a spectacular performance from Tompi, which will later lead the countdown accompanied by a fireworks display.
