Cycling for Weight Loss offers two training plans that you can choose: the Two-Day Weight Loss Guide priced at Rp 1.375 million++ per person including complimentary amenities; and the Four-Day Weight Loss Guide priced at Rp 2.2 million++ per person (for complete package) including complimentary amenities.
Each session will consist of six up to 10 people. The programs are available until May 31 and booking four days in advance is required
Activities in the Two-Day Weight Loss Guide include an introduction class to a wellness program about nutrients, supplements and a consultation for an optimal fat-loss journey. It also features cycling on a 20-40 km roundtrip route from Nusa Dua to Melasti featuring beautiful green hills, cliffs and the ocean as scenery.
While in the Four-Day Weight Loss Guide, participants will have a more comprehensive program that starts with a fitness consultation and body measurements.
