ourtyard by  Mariott Bali Seminyak Resort once again hosted the much-anticipated Plant-Based Food Festival on Jul. 31. Four executive chefs from various Marriott properties in Bali presented plant-based creations in collaboration with Green Rebels.

From 6 to 9 p.m, guests indulged in delectable selections such as Smoked Steakless and Mushroom by Courtyard Seminyak’s chef Donald Hutauruk, Sate Maranggi by chef Rio Abednego from Four Points Ungasan, Chick’N Gyro by chef Wisnu Adyatma from Renaissance Uluwatu, and Chickenless Teriyaki Rice Burger by chef Mario Stefanus from Aloft Seminyak.

“The Plant-Based food festival aims to give a healthier option of delicious food for food lovers. In the creative hands of these four talented executive chefs, all of this has become a reality.” said general manager of Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort Laurens Kritzinger.

The event was held at the hotel’s transformed lobby garden with live acoustic performances and a bazaar to support local businesses that had been greatly impacted by the pandemic.
