Internet service provider Biznet officially launched business and retail services in Kediri, East Java, on Wednesday.
For the business sector, the company provides Biznet Metronet, which targets small and medium enterprises with package options starting from 10 megabits per second (Mbps) and priced at Rp 700,000 (US$52) per month.
As for retail services, including housing and apartment consumers, the company is offering Biznet Home Internet with packages starting from 10 Mbps and priced at Rp 200,000 per month.
Customers of both segments will have free access to the Biznet Video service, which will allow them to watch over 19 television channels as well as video-on-demand movies through their smartphones, tablets and computers.
Biznet Networks president director Adi Kusma said the company would continue to establish internet services in more cities throughout Indonesia supported by its fiber-optic infrastructure, which currently covers over 15,000 kilometers in more than 70 cities in Java, Bali and Sumatra. (kes)
