n English version of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's novella is set to be published in December by UK publisher Hesperus to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his execution.
The novella, already published in numerous languages, follows a tribe living by a river in Western Asia over 1,000 years ago, according the Guardian.

A Hesperus spokesperson described the book as “a mix between Game of Thrones and the UK House of Cards-style fiction” and added that it was filled with political intrigue.
The publisher reportedly also plans to publish other novels written by Hussein, alongside his memoirs.
The dictator has published at least three novels under pen name "the Author" during his life, namely "Zabibah and the King" in 2000, "The Fortified Castle" in 2001 and "Men and the City" in 2002. But since his death, many countries consider the translation and sale of his books controversial. (kes)
