ritish luxury car company Bentley Motors announced its latest four-seat grand tourer innovation, the Continental Supersports, in early January.
It is the third vehicle in the company's Supersports series, continuing on from the 2009 Continental Supersports. The car, available in coupe or convertible types, represents Bentley’s fastest acceleration and powerful engine innovation as it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 336 km/h.

Said to be the lightest Continental GT with 2,750-kilogram gross vehicle weight for the coupe type and 2,900 kg for the convertible type, the Continental Supersports is also equipped with an engine power capacity of 700 brake horsepower (bhp) and 750 lb.ft torque or twisting force.
To ensure passenger comfort, especially during long drives, the vehicle also comes with a multilayered hood, neck warmers and open-air motoring for the convertible. Interior-wise, it provides a gear stick, diamond-quilted seats and door-side panels furnished with Alcantara material, as well as a custom-made steering wheel. Further personalization options, such as additional titanium exhaust to enhance audibility, are also available. (mas/kes)
