JAKARTA: Cricket Indonesia unveiled on Friday the U-19 Indonesian National cricket team for the International Cricket Council East Asia-Pacific Trophy to be held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
The team carried out a three-day training camp held over the weekend in Bali, a release from CI said. The training involved skills training in batting, fielding and bowling as well as game scenarios.
The squad also went through a series of fitness tests and drills to determine the fit players. At the end of the camp, 14 of 22 players were picked up for the Papuan trip.
The tournament, which will run from May 29 to June 6, also features Japan, Fiji, Vanuatu and host PNG. - JP
