T Indonesia AirAsia will increase the number of flights between Bandung and Bali from once to twice a day as demand for the flight is expected to increase ahead of the Idul Fitri holiday.
Indonesia AirAsia 's distribution and marketing director Widijastoro Nugrogo said in a statement that the twice-daily flight services would be available from Sept. 18 to Sept. 27, 2009, with bookings opening on Aug. 31, 2009. "The increase in flights is expected to meet the increasing demand for flights to Bali from those living in Bandung and the surrounding area who are keen to go to Bali for a holiday," he said.
"Those who live in Bali or Lombok can also take advantage of the additional flights from Bandung," he said.
