AKARTA: City administration plans to acquire plots of land belonging to residents around Pangeran Jayakarta public cemetery in Pulogadung, East Jakarta to add more than 2,150 square-meters of space to the cemetery. Currently, the plots are inhabited by 28 families.
"We are validating the land ownership of those plots. We have allocated compensation funds for those residents," an official with East Jakarta municipality, Setia Gunawan, was quoted by beritajakarta.com on Friday.
