AKARTA: West Jakarta municipality has instructed community units to guard trash containers following the disappearance of 10 trash containers this year alone.
Head of West Jakarta sanitation sub-agency Amir Sagala said Friday the municipality would allocate funds to pay guardians, the amount of which was not immediately clear.
