ANDUNG: The National Education Ministry will send seven Indonesian university students to attend One Young World, a leadership conference for youth in Zurich, Switzerland.

The students are Vincentius Dito Krista Holanda from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)’s Chemical Engineering department, Astrio Feligent from Bina Nusantara (Binus) University, Sheila Koesin from Teknorat Lampung University, Muhammad Reza Pahlevi from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB), Luthfi Hamzah Husin from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Dalu Nuzlul Kirom from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), and Ali Machfudi from Indonesia Education University (UPI), as quoted by news portal okezone.com.

This year’s conference will focus on the six resolution keys to respond to the world’s biggest issues. The resolutions are the focus of the plenary meeting in which counselors like Kofi Annan, Bob Geldof, Muhammad Yunum, and Desmond Tutu facilitate debates and dialogue between delegations who become sources and audience.

Dito from ITB will present a project called “Cleanliness Movement for Indonesia’s Healthy Families” about a familiarization project in villages on diarrhea prevention and curative measures.
