FIFA sanctions are not only embarrassing but also demoralizing for many, if not most, Indonesians.
Yet, somehow, we knew it was coming to us.

FIFA will surely appreciate the fact that among the five people assigned to the Indonesian task force is Tono Suratman, an Army colonel assigned to East Timor prior to the UN-referendum in 1999.
Tono cannot represent the value of humanity that is supposed to characterize sports.
