I hope that those who voted for M. Daming Sunusi as a Supreme Court judge will realize their error. I feel extremely insulted by his comment.
He does not respect women and has a lowly perspective about women in general. Please bear in mind that when both parties enjoy the act of sex it is not called rape, Mr. Daming.
When a woman is forced to have sex without her consent, this is called rape and the woman in question will certainly not enjoy it.
How can this man be so daft? He is absolutely unfit to be a Supreme Court candidate, let alone a judge. By making such ignorant comments without using his brain (if he has one), he should not even go near the Supreme Court.
Whoever votes for him is just as ignorant. A number of high-ranking officials also make statements without really using their brains, and in this case, Daming is not alone.

For sure, judge Daming, with such an unstable mind, should not be nominated as a Supreme Court justice.
He declared tearfully that what he said about rapists and victims was beyond his control.
More importantly, he should be demoted from his current position as chief judge of the High Court.
Such a judge has lost his credibility and is a danger to people seeking justice through legal proceedings.

Such a shallow-minded person should never ever have been a judge, much less a Supreme Court judge.
Rape is a horrible crime against the body and the spirit, and it hurts both parties.
Those who commit rape should be put to death.
