Your letters: Don’t eat too much junk food

unk food is the new modern snack food. It’s also children’s favorite food. Junk food also attracts adults and sometimes even those who try their best to avoid it. What junk food offers is a delicious taste.

It can come in the form of chips, pizza, noodles, meat, oily snacks and the like. Usually, these foods do not have calcium or protein in them, which helps children to grow. Factories produce this kind of food mainly with the help of machines.

If children stop eating food that is good for them and prefer more oily food, they can get serious illnesses or toothache. This is why many kinds of snacks that are bought into the market are known as junk food.

We can eat junk food in tolerable quantities.

Food like biscuits, milk cakes, green vegetables and fruit are good for our health.

Many people have now become fat because of eating too much junk food. Choosing between junk food and healthy food is just like deciding what’s good for you and your future and what is not.

I would like all the people and children of the world to follow the things above. Correcting yourself now is much better than regretting that you didn’t in the future.
