Tubagus Ismetullah Al Abbas, the chairman of the Kingdom'€™s legacy board of caretakers, said that the facilities would be provided by the state-owned operator of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport,
PT Angkasa Pura II.

'€œThe cultural heritage site will be equipped with toilets and parks, while the square in front of the Grand Mosque will be paved,'€ Ismetullah told The Jakarta Post on Friday.

Your comments:

Gulliot, in his book, The History of Banten, explored the remarkable achievement of this '€œsupposed'€ Great Kingdom (which was, in fact, just a city Kingdom) in international spice trading.

Once, one of the trade ships of the Sultan that was managed by British crews was captured by the Dutch.

The Sultan sent a message to the Dutch, that they should kill all the British crew, but send the ship back to the Sultan.

The Dutch refused. The Sultan sent back the message, '€œIf you want a war, just tell us!'€

This little statement reminds me of the common attitude of the Bantener, when their negotiation fails.
