inger Dewi Sandra is donating her old clothes after starting to wear a hijab.
'I donated my old clothes because I didn't want to get confused seeing those open clothes,' 33-year-old Dewi said as quoted by TribunNews.com.
The former wife of singer Glenn Fredly made a commitment that after starting to wear a hijab her career and her life would not be like it used to.
'There are offers to sing but I have to take off my jilbab, I refused them. I believe in fortune,' she said.
Dewi, who is now married to Agus Rahman, said many of her friends told her she was not a good friend to visit night clubs with now.
'It is OK. They will understand,' said Dewi, whose hits include 'Kapan Lagi Bilang I Love You' (When Will You Say I Love You Again).
