The NasDem Party had the biggest number of female candidateswith 223 out of 560 people.

The 30 percent quota was requested by feminists
and activists to address the lack of attention toward women and children's
issues.
The 12 political parties that will compete on next
year General Elections are the Golkar Party, the Indonesian Democratic
Party of Struggle (PDI-P), the Justice and Prosperous Party (PKS), the
Moon and Crescent Party (PBB), the National Mandate Party
(PAN), the National Awakening Party (PKB), the Democratic Party, the
People Conscience Party (Hanura), the Great Indonesia Movement Party
(Gerindra), the United Development Party (PPP) and the Indonesian
