he Corruption EradicationCommission (KPK) questioned Hutomo Wijaya Ongowarsito in relation to the latestarrest of a lawyer and an employee of the Supreme Court over bribery charges.Lawyer Mario C. Bernardo was accused of giving a bribe to Djodi Supratman forHutomo's appeal process.
'Hutomo was questioned as witness for Djodi and Mario,' KPK spokesman Priharsa Nugraha said in Jakarta on Friday as quoted by Antaranews agency.
Besides Hutomo, the KPK had also summoned lawyer Hotma Sitompoel, Bonardo P H Sinaga, prosecutor Tamalia Roza and Supriyono as witness in the case.(apt/dic)
