The UK'€™s first Muslim woman in cabinet has resigned in protest of British government policies on Gaza.

Sayeeda Warsi, a Foreign Office minister, says she wrote to Prime Minister David Cameron on Tuesday saying she could '€œno longer support'€ government policy.

Your comments:

Good riddance. It shows that being a Muslim can get in the way of a nation'€™s best interests and the outlook of a democratic, secular society.

As fair as I know, it is your right in England to openly disagree with the government.

I totally understand her and share her frustration with the lack of pressure on Israel to stop the incursion that has led to the deaths of such a large number of innocent people.

This incursion will lead to even worse conditions for Palestine, for the already suffering people of Palestine, making even more people want to attack Israel.
