The leaders' meeting was conducted in a closed room at The Laguna Resort and Spain Nusa Dua.
Before the meeting, Yudhoyono was seen entering the room with Cabinet secretarySudi Silalahi, Education Minister Muhammad Nuh, Coordinating Economic MinisterChairul Tanjung and Coordinating Political, Legal and Security Affairs MinisterDjoko Suyanto.
Jokowi, meanwhile, was accompanied by National Democratic (NasDem) Partychairman Surya Paloh.
The President's special advisor for political communications, Daniel Sparringa,said on Wednesday that the meeting would not specifically address the issue ofsubsidized fuel prices.
Jokowi previously asked Yudhoyono whether a price increase could be implemented under the current administration.
