JAKARTA: A tight shooting schedule on his new movie, 3 Nafas Likas (Likas' Three Breaths), in Canada made it hard for actor Vino G. Bastian to enjoy the country.
'We actually planned to spend seven days shooting, but because our production equipment was somehow left in Hong Kong, we had to cut it short to three days only,' he said on Monday during a visit to The Jakarta Post office.
'So, I didn't get a chance to look around, but Atiqah did because she had arrived earlier,' he said, referring to his co-star, Atiqah Hasiholan.
However, Vino said he enjoyed his working time there, as it was one of his favorite scenes in the movie, which premieres on Tuesday.
'There were a number of intimate moments in the Canadian scenes, showing Jamin Ginting's anxiety as he experiences a major shift in his life ' moving from being a soldier who was always on the battlefield to working behind desk as an ambassador,' Vino, who won best actor at this year's Indonesian Movie Awards, said.
