JAKARTA: Actress Dian Sastrowardoyo is returning to the big screen after a six-year hiatus by playing in the romantic comedy, 724. 'It's going to be my first film following a six-year break. The script is fun and simple, I like it,' she said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.
In the movie, she plays a wife who can only communicate with her husband, played by Lukman Sardi, on the phone due to their busy schedules.
'Rom-com movies usually revolve around teenagers or young adults, but this one is about a couple who has been married for seven years. So it's different.'
The 32-year-old said she was not too nervous acting in front of the camera again.
'For a month before filming, I chatted with Mas Lukman on the phone to build the chemistry for the movie. In addition, I'm also a wife and mother, so it wasn't too hard to get into my role,' Dian said.
