Prosecutors to pursue graft cases in court

he Negara Prosecutor'€™s Office in Jembrana regency, Bali, is set to submit two graft cases, involving three defendants, to the Bali Corruption Court.

'€œThe cases comprise alleged corruption at the Jembrana General Elections Commission (KPUD) involving two defendants, and the issuance of a fuel subsidy purchase permit, which has one defendant,'€ Negara Prosecutor'€™s Office special crimes head Putu Sauca Arimbawa said on Monday as quoted by Antara news agency.

He added that his office was prosecuting KPUD treasurer Ni Kadek Arik Komalasari and former secretary Putu Gede Wigraha in the first case, which would be submitted to court next week.

The defendant in the second case, which would be submitted by the end of the month, is Jembrana Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Agency head Ni Made Ayu Ardini.
