The National Police's detective division arrested Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) commissioner Bambang Widjojanto on Friday morning in Depok, West Java.
Spokesman Insp. Gen. Ronny F. Sompie told reporters that Bambang was arrested for allegedly asking several witnesses to perjure themselves at the Constitutional Court in 2010. 'The case has to do with the regional elections in Waringin Barat in Central Kalimantan,' he said at the National Police headquarters on Friday.

So the crocodile bites the gecko. The stinking, corrupt mafia with their enormous catfish-filled paunches; what a sickening sight they are. The question now: will President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo allow the police to persecute the KPK again? If he does, he may lose his chance to be a reformist president. This is where we get to see what Jokowi is made of.

He was arrested because of a police report filed by a member of the public? No evidence? Wow, just interrogate to get a confession. I hope there are no 'cleaning solvents'! This is getting beyond belief! So, being a 'member of society', I can file a police report and voilà , an arrest is made!
This is absurd. Where is Indonesia heading, a police state? What are you all waiting for, just shut down the KPK, or do you still need them to gain 'credibility' and funding from other countries? It's obvious the government doesn't support the KPK or its legitimate findings.

Jokowi! Where are you Mr. President?
