woman has been taken to court on charges of distributing electronic data containing immoral content from her Facebook account.
The report originated from evidence in the form of a printout of a transcript of a conversation between 47-year-old Wisni Yeti and a former senior high schoolmate, Nugraha.
Wisni's Lawyer, Rusydi A. Bakar, told the Bandung District Court in West Java on Thursday that the mother of three was not guilty and instead accused her ex-husband, Haska Etika, of opening her Facebook account without authorization.
'The defendant has never given her Facebook personal identification number or password to Haska Etika. She did not know how to report Haska for opening her Facebook account,' said Rusydi.
Wisni was brought to court after Haska filed a police report against her after she divorced and reported him to the police for domestic violence in January.
