SHE, the venerable all-girl band known for its sweet-pop songs, has a new vocalist.
Daeztyne Sa'adah, or Destyn, joins the team to meet Yayo on keyboard, Qoqo (guitar), Arnie (bass) and Adisty (drums).
With her raspy voice, Destyn brings rock flavor into the band.
'Sweet-pop is so outdated. Our music now is much better,' SHE said in a statement as quoted by kompas.com. 'It's time to show Indonesia and the world that we really rock.'
Long-time fan Destyn said that she was excited to join the band. 'SHE was the first all-female Indonesian band that I knew ' their playing is also great.'
