legal expert has supported the decision made by Law and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly regarding the leadership of the Golkar Party as the minister had copied and pasted the decision made by the party's tribunal in his decision to recognize Agung Laksono's leadership of the party.
"If the minister did not copy and paste the tribunal's decision, the minister would have violated the law, meaning he had made his own interpretation and this could not be justified," Maruarar Siahaan said in his testimony to a court hearing at the state administrative court in Cakung, East Jakarta on Monday.
Maruarar, a former judge at the Constitutional Court, was asked to testify for the Agung camp.(rms)(++++)
