Aming joins gay pride parade in New York

he US Supreme Court's recent decision to legalize gay marriage has caught the attention of many people around the world, including Indonesian celebrities.
Among them is Indonesian comedic actor Aming Supriatna Sugandhi, who recently flew to New York, the US, to participate in the Gay Pride Parade 2015.
Tempo.co reported on Thursday that Aming's participation in the parade was confirmed in a photo posted on Instagram.
The Instagram account belonged to his friend, chef Priscilya Princessa, who wrote 'Happy Pride' in the caption. The photo captured Priscilya grinning and Aming on her back in a colorful costume.
Aming and Priscilya, however, have yet to comment on the photo.
Aming, who sometimes likes to dress as a woman, has never opened up about his sexual orientation, which is still considered a taboo topic in Indonesia. (ika)(++++)
