Your comments:

Discipline, high-level compliance with SOPs and effective job performance must continue to be drilled into our public servants. The DKI has great opportunity to serve as model for all Indonesia.

Under Ahok'€™s no-nonsense, aggressive style, we want to see a successful reform in DKI workplaces. Only with the credible, driven, passionate single-mindedness that has not been seen before Ahok, will this reform happen. I wish him the best of luck.

Nothing will work under the current corrupt and inept attitudes. Let the rule of law prevail, let employers hire and fire when reasons and proof exist. Employees have to learn the hard way!

In Singapore, it'€™s very simple, no MC (medical certificate from a registered doctor), no leave, no excuse ... here'€™s the door! And they are wealthy with no natural resources, just human resources!
