he Central Jakarta municipality hopes to turn 55 alleyways in residential areas into green spaces by providing pots for plants.
Central Jakarta Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Agriculture subagency head Bayu Sari Hastuti said the plants would provide herbal medicines and vegetables.
“We will rely on several community groups to support the program,” Sari said as quoted by beritajakarta.com on Sunday. Sari said the administration would supply the residents with seeds.
