Singer/songwriter Afgan has confirmed his attendance at this year’s Asian Television Awards, which are slated to be held at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Level 6 on Dec. 1.
According to a statement from the Asian Television Awards, Afgan will be performing during the live televised segment of the awards ceremony.
“Hi to all my fans in Singapore; thank you so much for supporting my concert in 2016. I’ll be returning once again this December for the Asian Television Awards. Looking forward to seeing all of you there,” he said in a short video posted on his Twitter account.
Born in Jakarta on May 27, 1989, Afgan began his singing career in 2008 with the release of his debut album, Confession No. 1.
He has reaped a number of awards, including Artist of The Year at the MTV Indonesia Awards and Best Music Album at Anugerah Planet Muzik in 2009, as well as Best Solo Male Singer at the AMI Awards in 2012.
