Actress Cassandra Lee has caught the attention of netizens after uploading a photo of herself crying to her Instagram account.
In the photo’s caption, Cassandra said she wanted to let her fans know about the importance of self-love, as quoted by Tribunnews.com.
“So, I know these pics might be worrying to my fans but I assure you guys I’m fine,” she wrote in the caption.
“I just thought these words I’m about to say needed to be heard, especially by those who are experiencing low self esteem and are just having trouble with their self confidence.
“I know it’s hard to love yourself especially when you have other people hating on you ,which is exactly why you shouldn’t be hating yourself, you can’t change how other people feel about you but you can change how you feel about yourself.”
