our Seasons Hotel Jakarta is set to relocate from Jl. Rasuna Said to Jl. Gatot Subroto in South Jakarta. Situated in the integrated business development of Capital Place, the new establishment is scheduled to open on June 20.
Targeting business travelers, the 20-storey hotel will feature 125 neo-classical inspired suites each equipped with a walk-in closet, two LCD TVs, a coffee machine, a Bose sound system and complimentary wi-fi. A 330-square-meter Presidential Suite is also available on the 19th floor, boasting two bedrooms, a private study, a living room and a separate dining room with kitchen. As for facilities, the hotel will have five dining options, a spa, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a business spaces.

The hotel has reportedly been accepting reservations since early May and will be receiving its first guests next month.
“The highly anticipated opening of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta marks the return of Four Seasons to the Indonesian capital, a vibrant city that is one of the region’s fastest growing business hubs,” said Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts president and CEO J. Allen Smith in a press release on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Rajawali Property Group CEO Shirley Tan said, "Jakartans love to put on parties and we have wonderful event spaces, so we will be looking closely into F&B revenue."

Across from the hotel, the 52-storey Capital Place offers office spaces integrated with Four Seasons’ concierge system and welcomed its first tenants on May 2.
In addition to these projects, Shirley said the group was also set to turn the old Four Seasons hotel in Jl. Rasuna Said into a new high-end, Dutch-colonial themed mixed-use residential project under the name Rajawali Place. (kes)
