Always on a mission to make life easier for smartphone users, Google has introduced a new feature that aims to make holiday planning less of a hassle.

Available on Google Search for mobile, '€œDestinations on Google'€ allows travelers to discover options and arrange itineraries for their next trip by simply imputing their destination '€“ for instance, '€œBali'€ '€“ followed by the word '€œdestination'€ in the search box.

At the very top of the search results, users will then be presented with a collection of top spots to choose from. After picking one, extensive information regarding that particular spot will come up, which includes a description of the place, a list of top sights, the best times to visit, related videos and nearby places to explore. Holidaymakers can also browse rates for hotels and flights as well as recommended restaurants '€“ without having to jump between a dozen of links or tabs.

By inserting the destination along with an activity '€“ for instance, '€œBali surfing'€ '€“ users can also explore suggestion for spots that offer that activity.
