Experience Japanese nuances in BRANZ Simatupang BRANZ Simatupang Promotion from Oct-Dec.

P

roperty developer PT Tokyu Land Indonesia has brought Japanese construction design and lifestyle to Indonesia by building premium condominiums, BRANZ Simatupang, in the strategically located, emerging business district of TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.

When it comes to property construction, Japanese developers are well known for their commitment to quality, with efficiency in space layouts as one of their hallmarks

Maximized space and accommodation capacity in every room will be a benefit to buyers as they would only need to furnish the space and add any necessary electronic devices.

Tokyu Land Indonesia, a member of the largest developer group in Japan, is currently developing two condominium towers with a total of 381 units on approximately 1.5 hectares of land in the TB Simatupang area.  The condominiums are available in two types: 149-square-meter units with three bedrooms and 122 sqm units with two bedrooms.

With the building concept “Water Garden Palace,” fine details are paid to every part of the residence, from the drop-off and reception areas, to the grand stairs lounge and facilities such as the library, café and lounge, outdoor swimming pool and garden, allowing occupants to feel ripples of joy every time they return home.

The interior design is produced in collaboration with world-renowned glass artist Tokyo-born Seiki Torige.

The glass artist studied glass production in Milan, Italy, and established a studio in Daikanyama, Tokyo, in 1978. Since then, he has created magical works of art that push the boundaries of what is possible with glass. Seiki is a relocated artist who also creates decorative art for famous luxury resorts.

In BRANZ Simatupang, every space is worthy of being called a work of art. In the reception area, for example, your heart is illuminated in this space, filled with sparkle and brilliance.

The grand stairs lounge fuses the beauty of Indonesia and Japan based on a waterfall motif that will not only captivate you, but also refresh your mind. The slits, which make use of the sliding doors used in Japanese homes, bring to mind the image of waterfalls and create a dynamic and sophisticated space.

The strategic location of TB Simatupang is highly advantageous for residents. The business district, with a lineup of office buildings on the left and right hand side of the toll road, is surrounded by various facilities, including malls, supermarkets, international schools and world-class hospitals. Meanwhile, the Jakarta Japanese School (JJS) is only 5.5 kilometers away from the condominiums.

Toll road and MRT network

BRANZ Simatupang is only several minutes away from the TB Simatupang toll road, part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JOR), making the area easily accessible from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Apart from the proximity to the toll road, residents living in Simatupang will also have easy access to various destinations in the city when construction of the mass rapid transit (MRT) network -- with its station in Lebak Bulus, also in South Jakarta -- is completed.

Unquestionably, BRANZ Simatupang, with its Japanese nuances, is an ideal residence as it offers comfortable, refreshing, inspiring and quality living in South Jakarta.

BRANZ Simatupang is currently holding a lucky draw with an attractive grand prize of an Audi A3(winner’s tax is borne to Tokyu Land). You can also get gifts of gold and iPhones for every unit purchased within the period. The purchase period for the lucky draw is from this month to early December.
