T Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. or BNI (stock code: BBNI) is increasingly proactive in its approach to customer service, offering convenience for current and prospective customers with the development of digital services.
Most recently, BNI launched a new platform called BNI DigiGriya, which is user-friendly, complete and answers customers' needs today. In the upcoming years, the platform expects to continue to encourage the performance of the intermediary function.
Meanwhile, BNI DigiGriya is a platform that aims to facilitate customers and prospective customers in finding the best property information from developers working with BNI.
Several excellent features are embedded in BNI DigiGriya, distinguishing it from other e-commerce housing platforms. These features include listing projects from hundreds of the best and most-trusted developers in collaboration with BNI, easy consultation with experienced property consultants, integration of direct housing credit (KPR) submission with BNI, updates on the best KPR programs and promos from BNI and much more. BNI DigiGriya helps give customers or prospective customers a new experience in getting their dream home.
The BNI DigiGriya launching event, one in a series of BNI's 76th Anniversary (HUT) events, was held by the director of BNI services and network, Mr. Ronny Venir, and was attended by BNI consumer director Mrs. Corina Leyla Karnalies.
Representatives from Real Estate Indonesia (REI), the Association of Housing and Settlement Developers throughout Indonesia (APERSI) and BNI partner developers were also in attendance. Additionally, the presence of guest-star Celine Evangelista enlivened the event in Jakarta on Monday.
Ronny confirmed that the launching of BNI DigiGriya was in response to the high demand for fast and easy services in the digital era and in answer to the challenges of rapid technological development.
Moreover, BNI noted that public interest in housing continues to increase; the potential need for a substantial residence is the inspiration for launching this website.
The BNI DigiGriya platform is also part of BNI's commitment to providing accessible services for customers anytime and anywhere.
"By using BNI DigiGriya, customers and prospective customers have the convenience of searching for property in any region, can be directly connected to marketers for consultation and are also directly connected to BNI e-forms for their KPR applications. Everything is integrated into just one platform," he said.
Ronny continued, revealing that the realization of BNI KPR (BNI Griya) reflects the growing public interest in home ownership, where BNI Griya bookings drastically grew yearly by 11 percent compared to June 2021.
"With the launch of this platform, it is hoped that the needs of customers and potential customers for fast and easy service in the digital era can be met and that we can help make it easier for people to own their own dream home," he concluded.
Rock singer, movie star and Real Estate Indonesia (REI) vice chairman Ahmad Zulfikar Fawzi or Ikang Fawzi said that BNI must meet the need for housing as economic actors. He appreciated all parties, developers and banks who have made their best efforts to allow many to own a house.
"The launch of BNI DigiGriya today is an excellent breakthrough. ‘It's better here, our own house’, everything is at BNI," he said, singing along to Rumah Kita.
