he pioneer of online travel agents in Indonesia, tiket.com has received the Best Company to Work for in Asia award from HR Asia. This is the third consecutive win for the company, which first gained the prestigious recognition in 2020. Chief people officer tiket.com Dudi Arisandi accepted the prize by emphasizing the importance of collaboration to encourage competitiveness between tiket.com’s employees, nicknamed “t-fams.”

“Collaboration is the key in achieving the best results from any assignment or project. Because tiket.com has a fantastic team consisting of talented professionals, so the collaborative spirit drives the success of every assignment or project given,” said Dudi at the HR Asia Event on July 21. “The predicate as the Best Company to Work for In Asia for three consecutive years has become a great motivation for the People [Human Resources] team to continue to innovate to further strengthen the spirit of HAPPY, which is the company value at tiket.com. Like harmony in an orchestra, everyone plays the best notes to complement each other, at tiket.com, we always prioritize all employees in synergizing with each other, thank you t-fams for this achievement.”

The award is a testament to the company’s commitment to prioritizing initiatives to build experience in several holistic ways. Employees have participated in initiatives, such as making improvements in many HR processes in terms of recruiting and retaining the best talent, internalizing HAPPY corporate values, creating effective employee development programs, and building a work culture with a focus on performance without abandoning the value of kindness and respect for fellow professional colleagues.

Amid the pandemic, tiket.com successfully retained its employees as it continues to grow its employees, as well as continuing training, mentoring and highlighting the welfare and happiness of each member of t-fam. The company implemented a flexible working arrangement during the pandemic so employees could design their own way of working and work location with their team.

"We launched more than 10,000 hours of training sessions and more than 10 training programs during 2021. In collaboration with LinkedIn Learning, tiket.com also provides virtual learning facilities for employees to provide knowledge and increase t-fam capabilities so that the skillset continues to be formed and continues to be sharpened,” said Dudi.

The award uses the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, which is a three-dimensional study format in each measurement; which are Core, Self and Group. The Core consists of an assessment of leadership and organization, culture and ethics, and active initiatives. The Self dimension covers a TEAM study that measures emotional engagement, intention and motivation, and behavior advocacy. Lastly, the Group measures collective consciousness, workplace sentiment and team dynamics.
