Stills for tvN’s upcoming series “The K2” featuring singer-actress Yoona were revealed Tuesday.

In the drama, Yoona plays Go An-na, the daughter of a presidential candidate and a celebrity (Song Yoon-ah). A traumatic past leads to Go isolating herself from the world and her mother hires a bodyguard (Ji Chang-wook) for her daughter’s safety.

“The K2” will mark the Girls’ Generation member’s return to the small screen since KBS 2TV’s series “Prime Minister and I” in 2013.

The series will premiere on Sept. 23 and air on Fridays and Saturdays.
