he ticket price for American singer Halsey’s concert in Bali will start at Rp 600,000 (US$42), according to event organizer Ismaya Live.

Slated for Aug. 12 at the Manarai Beach House, Nusa Dua, the tickets consist of several different categories, from Early Bird to VIP, and can be booked online.  

"It will be Halsey's debut concert in Bali," said Sarah Deshita, the assistant brand manager of Ismaya Live, in a press release.

In addition to Indonesia, Halsey will perform in other countries on her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom world tour, including South Korea, Singapore and the Philippines.

Indonesian R&B singer NIKI, or Nicole Zefanya, who is currently establishing her career in the United States, will be Halsey's opening act in the aforementioned countries, including Indonesia.

Prior to her Bali concert, Halsey will perform at the On Off Festival in Gandaria City, South Jakarta, on Aug. 11.

The singer first gained world fame following her collaboration with US DJs The Chainsmokers on “Closer”. Her debut album, Badlands (2015), was ranked second on Billboard 200. Among the awards she received were Billboard Women in Music 2016 for Rising Stars and the iHeart Radio Music Award 2017 for Dance Song of the Year. (wir/kes)
