EPOK: The Depok Police is planning to charge a 70-year-old man with an article on the 2002 Child Protection Law for allegedly raping a 7-year-old girl.
"*According to the article*, the suspect will face at least a five-year sentence in prison," Depok chief detective Comr. Ade Rahmat said Sunday as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.
Martin, the suspect, was taken by his neighbors to the police after they had found that he had raped a girl who lived near his house in Tanah Baru subdistrict, Beji.
