AKARTA: Fire blazed through the Vincentius foster house on Jl. Kramat Raya in Central Jakarta at the break of dawn on Wednesday.
A Jakarta Police official release said that there were no casualties from the fire. The fire started at around 2 a.m. and led to panic among all the residents inside the building.
The fire grew bigger because there were many flammable items inside the building, particularly on the second floor, where there were many beds.
It took 15 fire trucks to put out the fire, which lasted for about one hour.
The case is still under investigation by the Senen Police.
