inger Tina Toon is writing a book about her transformation from being a child to being a teenager, focusing primarily on how she maintained a strict diet to improve her body shape.

“The book will be released this year. The book is about my diet, which I kept to from my childhood to when I grew up,” said Tina, who admitted that when she was younger she was quite chubby.

Tina hopes that the book will inspire people who want to change, particularly with regard to their body shape.

“This is about my personal experience. I don’t want to tell other people [what to do]; it’s more about sharing,” Tina said as quoted by news portal kapanLagi.com.
