Guess what?: Model Tiara Lestari denied full custody

J

AKARTA: South Jakarta Religious Court rejected on Monday a request from model Tiara Lestari to acquire full custody of her daughter.

“The judge thought that Tiara, who has a new partner and is pregnant, would not have an adequate amount of time to care for Rania,” Tiara’s lawyer Kartika Yosodiningrat said referring to Tiara’s 5-year-old daughter, Rania Kencana Tadya Dalima Sjarif.

Kartika said that Rania currently shared joint custody with Rania’s father, Andi Sjarief. “The judge thinks that moving around too much is unnatural for Rania,” she was quoted by Tribunnews.com as saying.

Tiara, who once posed nude in the Spanish version of Playboy magazine, was married to Andi from 2006-2011.
